Meet The Team
Tara and the team specialise in supporting SME’s (although is proud to support a major London-based PLC!) The client base has grown steadily as has the team, thus enabling consolidation of best practice, HR solutions and interventions which drive bottom line contributions. Warner Consultancy is proud to have a range of HR professionals within the team, all of whom operate under the same exacting high standards as Tara herself.

Warner Consultancy was founded in 2005 by Tara Warner. Tara is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD), a Fellow of the Institute of Management, a member of the Institute of Business Consulting and qualified in “Giving Business Advice”. She is also qualified as a Thomas International Practitioner for Personality Profiling (PPA) which can be used across the whole HR gambit, General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) to look at an individual's "Mental Horsepower" and TEIQue for Emotional Intelligence.
Spending a number of years in Metals Manufacturing was the ideal foundation for Tara in HR. Supporting over 200 employees and being mentored by the Operations Director meant that she developed great commercial acumen which is pivotal to providing an effective HR service. With the passion and desire to run her own HR business and in conjunction with her existing skills and knowledge sets, Tara secured a 14-month contract within Public Sector to fill a gap in her portfolio of experience.
Tara’s passion is Employee Relations and she has a proven track record in this area having dealt with many complex issues and scenarios within her career so far. Her strength lies in her ability to quickly comprehend the problem and provide an adequate solution whilst speaking in a language that the client can understand. She is always available to provide first class advice.
Tara is truly passionate about her business but coming in a close second is her passion for shopping and she thrives on a bit of retail therapy. A naturally gregarious person, Tara spends much of her free time with friends and family, time which often includes two more of her favourite things in life; red wine and chocolate. She also enjoys regular walks (including fundraising ones), concerts, comedy performances and travelling to new places. Most importantly, Tara is also a very hands-on mother and relishes spending girly time with her daughter.
